It’s been 10 long years since the Dragonborn disappeared in the ashes of Helgen after a vicious attack from the Dragon Alduin. Bound for execution, she was believed to have died scorched by the inferno that raised the helpless town to the ground. Little be known that the flames could only do so little to kill her fiery spirit. As Dovakin, she rose from the ashes and with her, a new order, The Valkyries of Tamriel.
Okay, so I must embarrassingly admit that it took me a year before I could post something up this Blogspace. *sigh* Been caught up with a lot of things lately. From working two jobs day and night, to working on my own personal business, not to mention playing the stock market… You could literally say I’ve been killing myself for the whole year. hahaha
Anyhow God’s been really great to me by far. Fixed some personal troubles from family, to finances, to broken relationships. He’s given me a second chance at life and it’s never been better! I realized that it was my responsibility to mend the troubles going on around me. I was the missing key and the only reason these troubles were going on was because I turned my back on them. I usually run away from anything that bothers me. Yet through my experiences at work and business and avid gaming and bible reading, I realized you NEVER turn your back on your troubles. As matter in fact! You face them!
It sucks to realize that a little bit later in life but hey! It’s never too late! And with that… I can surely smell success close by… no kidding man! hahaha
As for love life? uhh… hmmm.. eeehhh… fine! It’s an embarrassing zero! Nil! Nada! Pffft! Naaah! Just kidding! I didn’t jump into one yet because I knew I’d be investing most of my time career-wise. It wouldn’t be fair for the lady if I wouldn’t make time for her whoever she is. I just believe she deserves to be treated right with the affection and care a woman normally needs.
Although I won’t deny I have my eyes bewitched by one gal and one gal only. Celia. Yeap, you heard me right. That time I decided to ask her out was the time I decided to shut my doors from anyone else and as the One-Woman guy that I am… here I am… Transfixed on a wishful dream. hahaha
Seriously man, I personally wanna build myself up to be the right man whether it be for her or whoever God has in store for me. I just want her to have the best of my y’know (shocks! so cheesy! hahaha). Yet since I am so entranced by her, that lead me into making one of this fictional stories that… as I said earlier, “a dream that only I know.” hahahaha poor me… hahaha
So now you know the story of what lead me into writing this fan-made non-canon story. I’ve been playing a lot of Skyrim during my free time so this idea came in. This one would be dedicated to her though (amazing what inspiration could do to you… ahhhhh <3_<3).
The story revolves around this girl named “Celina.” She is known to be the dragonborn or the dovakiin or in simpler terms, dragon whisperer. Experience adventure with her as she travels the province of Skyrim where she’d meet several other interesting characters who’d eventually form the Valkyrie Order. I won’t spoil you guys on her back story though. I’ll leave that for the comic strips to tell.
As for now… lemme just post some photos to tease you guys. :))
The story would be told in semi-comic strip style so expect lots of images on the “e-book.” (called it e-book because I couldn’t publish it as a real book… besides, this is all just for fun, non-profit stuff.)
So that’s about it I could show you guys for now. hehe Now wait till the whole comic is done! *evil laugh* muhahahaha
Just kidding! I’ll be posting the whole comic here anyways so stay tune! 😉
PS – Credits for the cover photo goes to the respectful owner. Sorry I don’t know his/her name but if you find it in my blog and you know it’s yours! Credits goes to you mate! 🙂
All materials used belongs to Bethesda Studios as well. 🙂
Before anything else, I would like to inform you my dear readers that there may be inconsistencies with the original Starcraft story line and I humbly apologize for it. Although if there are any inconsistencies, I would gladly appreciate it if you would inform me right away through comments and messages. I could also accept criticisms of my work for improvements. Thank you and ENJOY!
A projectile from space turned ablaze, engulfed in flames as it entered the atmosphere of an uncharted planet on the Koprulu sector. The planet was dense with vegetation and heavy rain forests dominated the planet’s land masses. Dense fog separated the sky from the ground as the atmosphere within the planet’s surface seemed humid. Seemingly untouched by human or alien civilization, the planet was an ideal place for secret facilities to be stationed by Terran factions, for experimentations, training and refuge. Its isolation from other planets also made it a planet for refugees to seek haven from all the chaos going through the sector, or so it seems.
The projectile zoomed through the atmosphere creating a trail of smoke drawn across the sky, falling towards the planet’s surface. Moments later, it began to touch the ground, reaping through the vegetation, splitting its way through the forest until it reached to a sudden halt. The ground was split into a cratered trail with flames torching trees and other organisms it touched throughout the path. The projectile was an 8 feet lifepod, 4 feet thick and wide. It was capsular in shape that suddenly hissed open, creating a surrounding layer of smoke.
A figure then suddenly took shape amidst the wall of hissing smoke as it got out of the lifepod to stand upright. As the wall of smoke vanished, the figure turned out to be female about 5’7 in height, surveilling the vicinity. She wore a black body tight outfit with red linings that trailed across her curves, and a headgear that covered her face. She raised her right arm chest level and opened the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) attached to it.
Welcome back Thena!”
Her fingers then danced across the PDA screen as she configured to get surveillance information of the environment.
Human encampment located across a 10 mile radius, southwest of current location.”
The PDA screen then shifted into radar mode as a holographic image of the terrain popped out with a green indicator marking the location of the human encampment.
And i thought this planet was inhabited by humans. She thought as she took off her headgear and dropped her right arm. Her face was smoothly shaped and pale. She had “pixie-like” features with large dark blue eyes, long delicate eye brows, red slender lips and dark red hair cropped short and spiky; pretty as one may imagine her overall features. Yet I cannot sense any trace of human life, no voices uttering in my head…
She then turned towards the life pod, took her weapon from the weapons compartment and armed it, the latest AGR-14 combat rifle.
We are regarded as vile relentless criminals, rejects of society and feared amongst people but the truth is, we are just like everybody else… human… only better. Dylanna Okyl said to comfort Thena after she was turned into a spectre, often regarded to as enhanced ghosts. Thena could remember little about her past life. After her memory was erased by the Dominion Ghost program to better serve as a relentless killer, all she could remember now is a man named Gabriel Tosh who freed her from Dominion control and paved the way for her conversion, from ghost to spectre. He was the man who taught her to control the sensations felt when using terrazine. She remembers a couple of selected co-spectres too like Dylanna Okyl and Kath Toom.
You are now the next generation of super soldiers, far better than ghosts, enhanced psionically to even our odds with the alien and human threats alike, Thena remembering Tosh’ words of encouragement before the operation on Avernus Station. Just before a ghost named Nova assassinated him.
He was more like an important figure to me. After saving me from from being dropped into New Folsom, I did consider him and my fellow spectres as family… and… it felt~~
Thena snapped out of her thoughts as her PDA beeped indicating that she had reached the encampment. The base looks abandoned and ridden of human life decades ago. Vegetation now covered most of the structures in the base making it look like a man made eco-park. Ever curious in nature, Thena cautiously searched every structure for signs of life. She did a psionic scan of the area and caught no trace of human thought. Abandoned vulture bikes and siege tanks lay in-line behind the factory as she passed by towards the command center. As soon as she arrived, she noticed the confederate seal painted on the command center’s side wall plating which made her realize who the occupants were.
Coming in to a science facility, she started looking for clues as to what may have happened to the folks who occupied the base a long time ago. What could have happened here?
She wondered as soon as she reached the laboratory where she saw the skeletal remains of three individuals. One was lying on the floor with one arm reaching out. Another was in a sitting position leaning back against the wall. The other one was on the computer chair faced down on the keyboard as if he or she must have died while tampering with the computer. Looking around, she saw a cylindrical chamber that once held specimens now broken. Vegetation and vines were all over the room showing the passing of time inside the facility.
They must have been messing with something they shouldn’t be messing around with. I wonder what could it be?
Thena then noticed the main computer illuminating the room, still functional after being untouched in what seems to be decades of no usage.
Defense Mechanism Inactive…
Security Cameras Deactivated…
Restore Power? [Y/N]
With the need to know what had happened, Thena tapped the Y key in the keyboard, thinking of watching the recorded videos caught by the Security Cameras. She then waited for the computer to respond. The adjutant voiced out in a monotonous, female machine-like voice,
Defense Mechanism now Activated…
Security Cameras Online…
Warning! Intruder Alert!
Warning! Intruder Alert!”
The ground began to shake with rubble falling from the ceiling of the facility as the warning lights and sounds went on. Thena instinctively tried to find her way out when a rocket suddenly launched right behind her, missing only inches away from her face and exploded at the facility computers. She turned around only to find a humanoid security droid firing a second missile right at her. By reflex, Thena dodged the rocket and rushed forward towards the droid when another droid sprung out and immediately rammed her, knocking her back, tumbling down the facility floor.
Recovering from the hit, she immediately got up and started running for cover before both droids started firing their vulcan cannons at her. These Vulcan cannons were much like the mini gattling guns of today, using 15mm ammunition rounds, consuming over 3,000 of them in over a minute. Running down the facility hallway, Thena met another droid waiting in a corner when she suddenly docked down towards it and pointed the tip of her AGR-14 combat rifle directly below the droid’s head. Without hesitation, she pulled the trigger and scraps of metal came flying in the air. Black fluid came pouring out of the machine leaving it good as dead. By the time the other two drones came around the corner, Thena had already grabbed the arm of the dead droid, tinkered with its circuitry, and with a little spark of electric impulse between two wires, launched rockets immediately blowing up the other two. Bullets then came trashing on to the dead droid having Thena realize that another droid has come around by the rear and this time there were four of them. Each of them launched rockets directly towards her hissing through the open space in a trail of smoke. Thena by all means was determined to fight for dear life, rushed forward dodging two rockets then leaped into a back flip dodging the other two. She then slid underneath a droid leaving the other three firing their rockets at it. Burning metal scraps came tumbling down the facility hallway as the droid blew up leaving Thena on towards the next droid. The droid was firing its vulcan cannons aimlessly when she ripped its electrical circuits by punching through its armor plating. This left the droid malfunctioning right beside her. She then grabbed the vulcan cannon aiming it towards the other two remaining droids. An emergency fire button is located underneath the weapon which is mostly used for weapons testing during maintenance. Thena intuitively pressed the button with her fingers and bullets rained down upon the unfortunate mechanical beings which instantly burst into flames. Flame dusts came dancing through the open space as Thena turned towards the malfunctioning droid beside her. She then climbed on its back, shoved the weapon right in its face, pressed the fire button and bullet lead started filling its head, crumpling it with each gruesome turn of the gun barrel.
“Eat metal motherfucker!” she uttered in a strong calm tone as she dropped the cannon and walked away.
